Hello I think we should be able to edit the amount of player slots because on other websites you can and just upgrade the ram why is this the only one that don't allow people to do this?
The two plans we have that have player caps both don't have enough RAM to make raising your player cap worthwhile. You would be very hard pushed to get more than 50 concurrent players on a server with only 2GB RAM.
If you're on the Basic plan and want to lower your slots, then open a support ticket and we'll do that for you. But if you're on the Starter plan, then the only way to get additional slots is to upgrade to Basic.
