I was on my server the other day, and a specific plugin was not working. So I ran a couple of commands, and it crashed my entire server. Would not work again. I started looking into it, and found that my server.properties was completely blank in the Multicraft FTP file access and it had absolutely nothing in it. Fortunately, I had a backup, and I copied and pasted the backup server.properties into the server.properties file in the FTP file access in Multicraft. Well, of course it didn't work, and I saved and went back in and it again, had nothing in it. I also tried uploading the file, and it still replaced it with the blank server.properties. It will not accept it and the server hasn't started for 3 days now. Any help?

    Console:

Check your disk usage in the _disk_usage.txt file located in your server root. It could also be an error on HostHorde's side, so try opening a ticket if you haven't already.

The _disk_usage.text file is also completely empty, and so is the permissions.

It does sound like you've reached your limit. If you're on the unlimited plan, you can submit a support ticket to request a disk space increase.
