I’ve just upgraded my pro plan to unlimited, haven’t added any new mods to the server at all. Btw were a 1.7.10 modded server. I’ve recently been having issues where the server will start lagging a few minutes after a restart. Most of the time it will kick everyone off and tell me this in the console: 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] Server thread/INFO [FastCraft]: The server is lagging 3129635 ms behind, 61592 ticks will be skipped. 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] Server thread/INFO Players currently online: [ 0 ] 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] Server thread/INFO Players currently online: [ 0 ] 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] INFO java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] Server thread/ERROR Couldn't process command: 'save-all' 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] Timer-0/INFO [STDERR]: [java.lang.Throwable$WrappedPrintStreamrintln:748]: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space 18.02 04:03:56 [Server] INFO Exception in thread "Timer-0" [04:03:56] [Server thread/INFO]: An unknown error occurred while attempting to perform this command. I don’t understand why I’m having this issue where it says out of memory error, since I should have unlimited. Any ideas how to fix this???
I recommend that you check for errors on your server, using http://hosthorde.com/log-scanner/. It will scan your log and then display any errors you may have. You have to log into that page using your FTP information. Log in to the control panel (http://mc.hosthorde.com/) to find your FTP details under Files > FTP File Access. If no other errors are coming up, then I advise submitting a ticket at https://www.hosthorde.com/support/ so that we can look into this for you.
