My server got hacked by someone who was helping me, he deleted all the files from the FTP. I don't have any backup and the backup given by FTP is after he deleted everything. I need help immediately. I made a support ticket but nobody is answering yet. What can I do? I'm desperate here.
You won't be able to get anything back unless you have made backups. Only give administrative access to people you completely trust, and still keep backups(not redundant copies, but also offsite backups) for incidents like this, map corruptions, hardware failure, etc. You didn't get hacked if you gave access yourself.
