Hello. My and my friend's server has recently crashed and all the Spigot files have gone. The only things left are the default Minecraft worlds and server files. Hello Josh, Unless you made a backup, They cannot restore your server. If they did it would result in most servers been backed up which is not fair, If you have made a backup contact them through a support ticket. , Sorry For Any Inconveniences - Lachlan
