permissions wont install, help please!

    24.10 20:12:32 [Plugin Installation] Read failed for plugin PermissionsEx.jar: timed out
    24.10 20:12:22 [Plugin Installation] Plugin download 99% completed
    24.10 20:12:20 [Plugin Installation] Starting download of PermissionsEx.jar


    it does this for every good permissions plugin i try to install

    You could just upload it via FTP
