Redownload your server software from scratch and extact it to a folder ready for upload.

In the root folder of the server folder (where you justy extracted) make a folder called "jar" without the ""

Copy the forge java file and the minecraft_server1.7.10 java file into this folder

Cut the libraries folder from the root of your server directory and paste it inside the jar folder

    delete the .bat files

Upload AS IT IS with a ftp program to your server.

rename the Forge java file now located in the "jar" directory to "custom_server.jar" again without the ""

On your server control panel now simply click "start"

You will see the server processor usage rocket up well over normal while its starting up the server and the memory usage will increment with each plugin loaded. When it gets to 1.1/1.2 Gig your server light at the top of the control panel that was 2 spinny arrows will turn green and your good to go
