So i just bought a plan and i went to the client area and i typed in the ip and it will not let me join why
What have you tried? Make sure you are using the correct IP along with your port. Also check your control panel to see if the server is online. You can find the control panel at mc.hosthorde.com. Is there any error messages when you try joining or in the console? You can check status.hosthorde.com to see if your node is down or having problems as well.
Ok ill look and everything says its fine my servers running ive already put in the ip and stuff wich is s10.hosthorde.com and it just says no connection
Are you using your port? As far as I know, the default port isn't available so you'll have to use a port.
But really the only reason i got this cause i didnt get all the ports and stuff but i really wanted a server so plz help
All you need to do is connect to your server with the port, if you are not already. You can find your port on your control panel.

Login for the Client Area or the Multicraft control panel? They should have separate passwords I think.
