Multicraft Sub-Account

(I also submitted as a support ticket but I figure I may get a a faster response from the community)

I'm a Developer/Admin on a server hosted with HostHorde. The server owners wanted to give me partial access to the server's Multicraft page without giving me the primary login. When I go to the Multicraft page, I don't see any sign up options (Like I see with other hosts). Why is this? Is there something I'm missing?

 

Thanks. There isn't too much to it. Just toggling on an option in the Multicraft admin.
