You dont need to pay anyone to set up a Minecraft server. Admittedly its not absolutely click n play setup but you dont need to be a certified tech dude to get the job done. After following some guides and a few Youtube vids you see its real easy to setup the server..and once you have done it..its that easy you will remember for the next time. Look up guides on installing FTB Modpacks onto a hosted server. If you havent done it an hour after you start going through the guides you need to come back and post the specific problems your having and someone can try to guide you from there. This is the link to the guide I used. its under 3 minutes and its very accurate and its all steps you can do yourself.
