One hacker is changing my password every time "each day" I talked to him on Skype, he told me he uses the Kali Linux to send fakes attempts, brute-force to my email ..... He says its EASY to penetrate hosthorde on the account.
If he keeps gaining access to your accounts even after password changes you might have a keylogger installed. Other ways he could have gotten access would be with phishing sites, etc. Brute forcing is next to impossible over the internet (brute forcing an email account, nope). Encrypting passwords protects only if someone has access to the whole server database, and is highly likely to be hashed. If he really knows how to hack people he wouldn't be hacking someone's minecraft server. Download antivirus if you don't have any, do a scan, don't click random links or install random programs. Avast works for free realtime antivirus, mbam is good for scans.
If he keeps gaining access even after you change passwords, then it's highly likely he got it from the source, not from the server.
Change passwords, use secure passwords, don't use same passwords for sites, don't share passwords, etc.
