    s19.hosthorde.com is down i cant hit stop or and or do anything for that matter.
    this is the error i get in console: Couldn't get log: Can't connect to Minecraft bridge! (110: Connection timed out)

    Multicraft daemon timed out, only thing you can do is wait.
    You can check server statuses here and on the HostHorde status twitter, however it doesn't look like there was/is any downtime.

    Depends on what is causing it to go offline, you could open a support ticket if needed.
