Hi everyone, I've just purchased a plan here a few days ago and am now trying to connect for the first time. I logged into the console and set it to vanilla 1.11.2, and re-started the server. I set my client to same version vanilla, but all I get is a connection time out. I've restarted server and client multiple times, but it still wont connect. Live chat just had me confirm that there were no spaces before or after the ip, which I did confirm, and told me to submit a ticket. Any ideas? Am I missing something easy? Thanks, for any suggestions you might have, I was about to begin setting up forge etc, but can't even connect to vanilla =/
