I just noticed some severe lag issues all of a sudden. It was running smoothly before. I've got a bandwidth monitor up, and it says that minecraft is only using around 20KB/s, out of my connection's 40KB/s capacity. Just to make sure it's not my network, I tried connecting to youtube and immediately it shot up to 40KB/s. So all I can guess is that the server is throttling its connection.
