This problem does not relate to any server issues nor Hosthorde issues please go to that servers website (if they have one) and file for a ban appeal.
Btw I dont know why they would ban you for using helpop. Helpop allows members or default players to contact the staff for help. But if you spam it yes I think you deserve to be banned.
