    Are you using /reload constantly? Using that command can cause this error.

    really? what if i use it once a day and also when the prefixes dont load I have to type /reload is there another way?

    Using the reload command sometimes breaks plugins, lags and creates memory leaks. You can check if your permissions plugin or whatever plugin you're using for prefixes has a separate reload command for that specific plugin. If it doesn't, restart the server.
